In order to increase plastic card productivity, our factory DAFTags bought a full automatic punching machine, this video shows that how RFID cards are made by using a high-speed and high-precision machine.  
The full automatic punching machine uses a PLC controlled man-machine interface and a servo motor to feed the plastic cards into the machine. The machine uses a photoelectric device to read the positioning marks on the cards and a hydraulic cylinder to punch holes on the cards according to the preset layout. The punched cards are then collected and ready for further processing. The automatic punching machine can punch different sizes and shapes of holes on different types of RFID cards.
