1. Do you provide customized card size?
Yes, we are providing customized card size from 0.3mm to 1.2mm in thickness, and in different length and width. We also provide the international standard size ''85.5mm*54mm*0.76m", also known as CR-80, just exactly the same size as a credit card.

2. May I have some free samples?
Yes, we are so glad to send you some current samples for your reference. The samples are free, you just need to handle the delivery cost.

3, Is there a minimun order?
Our minimum order is 500 cards. 

4. Can you advise any format requirement of the original file for card production?
Yes, please send the files in “AI.” or “CDR” format with “greate outlines” to us by email.

5. Is there color difference between the original design and actual cards?
The fact is that the colors shown on the monitor we saw and the color printed in actual products have differences. For the best quality effect, you may provide us a match sample or the specify Pantone colors. We match the colour over 95% which is much more above the industry average of 90% 

6. What is a plate/printing fee?
A one-off fee is charged for certain print options. These customized production varies from standard production processes. Normally, it costs around USD15 ~ USD60.

7. May I order some demo first?
Yes, the procedure of ordering a demo is the same as MOQ, 7 production days are required. Demo fee is around USD15 ~ USD60.

8. How long will I get my cards?
It depends on the shipping method chose, the craft and the number of cards produced. Normally, the cards will be sent out within 5~10 days after payment is completed.

9. Is delivery cost included? 
Since delivery costs are varies for different regions, customers are advised to handle their own delivery.  

10. Is there any quality assurance for my purchase?
Yes, we provide quality assurance for 2 years, except the physical damage.
